El gordo Del circo
The grape verdejo is perfected in Castilla León, but only in la SECA (inside the DO Rueda) we can find the old fine vines and the type of soil to create this outstanding white wine. Using only autoctonous yiests on the elaboration, these are the key for a long maceration and lees aging that will conform the body of our Gordo del Circo. Maximum expression of this land of fire and ice, as per the character of the local people.
Straw colour with greenish hints, clean and bright. Expressive clean aroma of fresh fruit, with herbaceous undertones and tropical notes.
Well-balanced on the palate, powerful with a fruity after taste and hints of aniseed.
