Dammann Frères selects its cocoa nibs (ground, roast beans) from Madagascar, one of the best cocoa-producing countries in the world. Produced from Trinitario cocoa beans grown in the Sambirano Valley, its infusion has a unique, lightly acidic and delicately fruity flavour. This subtle, aromatic creation is as gentle as flavoured water and made only from natural ingredients. A powerful note of cocoa beans pairs perfectly with fruity notes of orange zest,  rosehip peel and spicy notes of cinnamon and star anise in a cup that reveals a round texture and rich, soft, refreshing flavours.
